Scantronic 9651 - K01 Excess keys reset required

Hi
Bumped the keypad box. Alarm went off and deactivated it by entering my user code. Now I have the K01 excess keys reset required message.

I have the installation and programming guide but nothing I seem to try clears the error.

Can anyone help ?!
