gardtec 360/580

Hi Guys,

My mum and dad have a gardtec 360/580 that came with the new build house they bought around 14 years ago. Today its been going off randomly and the message on the keypad screen seems to indicate a battery or fuse box fault. I was wondering whether anyone had the engineers manual for this alarm just in case I need to change the battery and therefore whatever engineers code is on there.
