Hi,
We had a powercut / surge a few weeks ago causing a number of alarms in the street to go off. Ours didn't go off, but the keypad is now driving us nuts. The Service LED is on and it keeps throwing a series of errors : Kxx too many keys pressed, Low Battery, Low Battery Rstr, and always says system reset required. Each of them result in the kepad bleeping going off.
keying in the code results in silence from 10 seconds to a day or so. At the moment - there is no relief from it - its driving us mad.
There is no engineer code (according to the hand-writing on the manual)
Any help much appreciated.
Cheers,
David.
