Lid tamper message 9930 keypad

12months ago we had the alarm system (9651) disconnected then reconnected whilst we had building works. No error message showed but we could not set the alarm. The spanner light glows red; the "wave" light glows solid green; the other light is off. We kept meaning to fix it.

For the last 2 nights when it gets dark, the alarm starts to beep constantly. The keypad read error message "lid tamper"; when we key in our access code the beeping stops for 3 minutes then starts again (last night for 8 hours). If I press access code and CROSS a message says "battery low".

I've tried resetting the code using but the goes off.

Please can anyone advise how we can stop the beeping and get the alarm working again?
